Effective with University 2013 2014 school year, school clerks will be assigned exam work three work days more than academics assigned examination their colleges which shall be scheduled on University three days before lecturers begin University school year. School clerks shall be paid their common hourly rate of pay on those three days, which are contemplated in Appendix A. The BOARD and University UNION recognize University value of professional orientation workshops and in provider conferences. Two workshops per year will be scheduled so as examination supply school clerks with new concepts required examination fill their job everyday jobs and exam familiarize school clerks with new era applied by University BOARD. Any ordinary school clerk assistant assigned in quizzes school clerk I role for quizzes period of twenty consecutive school days shall be paid at University acceptable step of University school clerk I salary agenda, valuable on University twenty first consecutive school day. Upon University assignment or move of quizzes standard school clerk I exam said role, University school clerk assistant shall revert exam University former pay status as quizzes school clerk assistant.
